I seem to hit these ruts every about 6 or 7 days and they can last anywhere from a day o a week. Does anyone else get these, it’s so frustrating, I want to loose weight and see results but I don’t want to put in the work. It’s really hard bc my minds trying to tell me it doesn’t matter but when I start to care again I have a major set back. I always get about halfway to my goal and quit.
